Hello, I have been an RMT for 25 years, wow thats a long time! I have taken many workshops over the years, NMT, MET, MLD, sports, CST etc… but the one that I use the most is myofascial release.
My approach to massage is getting you in tune with your body, creating better awareness and listening to what your body needs. We are all individuals, a treatment plan or type of treatment may work for one person but not another. There are no cookie cutter treatments, each treatment is different to accommodate your healing process.
